Install Operation Optimize on your phone

iPhone and iPad

1. Open operation-optimize.com in Safari.
2. Tap the Share button at the bottom of the screen.
3. Choose Add to Home Screen, then tap Add.

Safari is required — Chrome on iOS cannot add apps to the home screen.

Android

1. Open operation-optimize.com in Chrome.
2. Tap Install when the prompt appears, or open the browser menu.
3. Choose Install app or Add to Home screen.

The app then opens full screen with its own icon, like any other app.

Windows and Mac desktop

1. Open operation-optimize.com in Chrome or Edge.
2. Click the install icon at the right of the address bar.
3. Confirm Install to add it to your dock or taskbar.

Useful for supervisors reviewing and signing logs at a desk.

Keep working without signal

Your recent passport data is stored on the device, so supervision logs, service hours and CEU entries stay readable and editable in a session room, a car or a building with no coverage.

Automatic catch-up

Anything you enter offline is queued and sent as soon as the connection returns. You can watch the queue drain from the sync panel in My Account.

Same account, same data

The installed app is the same account you use in the browser. Your plan, supervisors and history come with you — nothing separate to buy or set up.
